Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Atlanta

Five Guys Burgers and Fries knows how to cook a delicious burger. The patties are fresh and they make them just the right size. They are not too thick or too thin. You get to choose from a wide range of toppings, many that aren't offered at most burger places. The fries are what really make the meal though. They are fresh cut from whole potatoes right there in the restaurant. Be careful though. One order is usually enough for two people. The serving size is huge. If you never had Five Guys, you should really give them a try.

Best,💚 fast food breakfast ever. Egg, cheese and crispy bacon on a nice bun. Awesome crew... early AM and they were each friendly. Big recommend if you're near C333!

Service was five stars. The cashier who took my order had a welcoming smile and the lettuce wrap cheeseburger tasted great.

The cajun fries are excellent. These are fast food burgers that you can choose the toppings on without fear of getting a little extra unexpected toppings. If you're picky with your burgers, then you shouldn't order a fast food burger anywhere else.

Low carb delight. Double bacon cheeseburger lettuce wrap. Very tatsty, but I do wish they had a spicy sauce option.

Good fries and burgers. Costs more than your average burger but they're pretty good.

Terminal D location. The burger was fresh. Made to order and the wait was about what I’ve expected at the Atlanta airport. The Little Fry was the smallest fry I’ve ever seen served and not really worth ordering. Condiments needed to be restocked. Staff assisting were not friendly and seemed inconvenienced in helping with the request for ketchup. The ketchup packet cubby felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in several shifts. The ketchup that was offered in a sealed solo container was enough for the smallest Small Fry I’ve ever seen to date. Not really a service oriented feel. Disappointing.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich with one other person in line in front of me. After 15 minutes and getting pretty close to need to leave for my flight I asked if my sandwich was ready... she snapped back everything takes 10 minutes to make. Waited another 5 minutes and left. All employees standing around in the back the whole time. It doesn’t take 20 minutes to make bacon and an egg on a griddle. Shame how bad employees can make an otherwise good chain look bad.

The absolute best fast food burger. Great menu. Large portions. And reasonable prices.

For an airport this Five Guys didnt disappoint. The burgers were delicious and the fries were as expected...Awesome!! Service was great too with lots of chairs to sit & eat. Very happy we found it.

Burger was great. The fries are tend to be WAY over salted. I would suggest ordering them with no salt. They get plenty when they are dumped in with the last batch. It would be nice if they didn't add any salt and just gave the salt packs to let you season your own food to taste. Plus, the busier they get the more under cooked the fries become.

Quick and finally service. Delicious food at a reasonable price. Best fries ever.

Five good is always tasty. But this location was unprofessional with no sense of urgency. Which is unfortunate being that most people are trying to catch a flight.

I work here. The environment is fun and everyone is cool. Customers who are either boarding a flight or getting off a flight are so cool to meet because they come from all over the world and i love it.

Great service and happy people. Terminal D extremely loud and harassing. Yelling HELLO, HELLO, HELLO at every passenger walking by. Every employee in the place yelling non-stop. It was difficult to sit and relax while waiting on my flight. The noise was unbearable. I didn't want to eat there and get screamed at even if they were saying Hello, welcome to hotlanta! I landed at 10 I don't board until 12:00 that's two hours if straight yelling! Ugh!!!

Slow service (15 mins). Burger wasn't even warm and cheese not melted. I love Five Guys, but this location needs attention.

Very friendly and fast for an airport restaurant. Same quality you'd expect at a regular restaurant outside the airport.

The BLT was great and I didn't have to wait for it like everyone else who ordered burgers. It was a great bite before takeoff.

I was very tempted to stop at Five Guys less than 30 minutes before my flight departed. The workers were friendly and did their job. It was very busy and I started to regret to come in as I needed to catch a flight very soon. The wait thankful wasn't very long as I got my order under 10 minutes and made it to my gate on time. The burger and fries were very delicious and perfectly cooked. My only complaint was the music they played. The music was very loud and had a hard time hearing for my order to be called out. Also, they played explicit hip hop music. They should play the censored versions. I don't mind the explicit soundtrack but other people around me were probably offended. Otherwise, great place to stop in if you're on a layover in ATL.

Standard 5 Guys fare. Fries are great; cooked in a peanut oil or blend of such I believe. Great for quick eats.

Our final stop before heading to New York on our annual summer trip! Now I know what you're all thinking, "Why would someone review a fast food chain?". Well I'll tell you why! This place has fantastic customer service! I believe her name was Ashley (sorry if I am incorrect!), was very patient and helpful with us and even made suggestions. We ordered bacon cheeseburgers and fries, a simple yet perfect meal! The fries were a bit too greasy for my liking but my parter loved them! By far the best Five Guys I have ever been to.Keep up the good work everyone!Now onto New York!-LH

My connecting flight did not allow for a lot of time. Five Guys was the perfect place for a quick hamburger and coke 👍excellent fast service!

Absolutely delicious picked up the little guy done all the way with all the topping a bag of regular fries had me full volume at to my destination absolutely had no need to purchase anything on the flight

I had not had Five Guys before enjoying it in Los Angeles. Now it's something I look forward to. Since I dont eat a lot at each meal I always get the little or small size---but that is plenty. Love that it is made to order with exactly what you want on it. And the oreo milkshake is also amazing.

I was starving after I got off my plane for a layover and it was exactly what I was looking for. It hit the spot. It helped my headache go away and it just made me feel better.

I am a big five guys fan! At this location (terminal C), I had, for the first time, a burger that was cooked before I ordered it! It was warm and the bread was stale. I put this branch on my restaurant black list!

Very friendly and fast service! Perfect for that 45 minute layover where you need to stuff your face with a burger lol. They run a tight ship and somehow always maintain a smile.

They have the best burgers. Wish their fries were crispier and not so dark in color. Burgers though are great.

The cashier, Ty, was friendly and knowledgeable about food allergens. We got our order within minutes, hot and delicious. To top it off, when we asked a cook if there were hand sanitizer wipes available, she took the time to get a soapy cleaning cloth for us, because there weren’t any. I was overall super impressed by the second mile service.

I had a order of French fries total $3.59 Virginia said she gave me a discount change due $1.41 ireceived a dime and a penny back. Register 3 transfer. 1809308. Whats better than Five Guys at 730am? Delicious and... Well, not nutritious...you know.Only complaint is that the music pumped into the seating area is deafeningly loud.

Place is dirty, the cashier practically yells hello. And then I said hello back. Only my husband ordered and I was standing behind. And then when my husband finished the order, the employee then proceeded to yell hello at me again. We were the only ones in line.

DON’T GO TO THE ONE IN TERMINAL D! This one is in terminal C. This five guys is much faster, friendlier and actually has some seating.

The team was fast efficient and friendly. The manager/team lead (the lady putting the orders out) was aware and organized. Even with her back turn preparing orders, she was deftly guiding the actions of her team. I was impressed because they were aware that we all had limited time to eat. So they didn't waste any.

Located by Gate C43, the staff aim to please. They were all moving so fast and looking for a smile. Food of course is great. Highly recommend.

Love 5 guys. But I've been to this one 3 times each time hoping it was a fluke. All three times have been the same experience though. The one thing 5 guys is known for is putting a scoop of fries in the cup and one in the bag. always too many fries. Not here. I ordered a Large Cajun Fries each time.. Way too much for one person right? but I had 3 hours before boarding. So I was sitting there with a book. Each time the cup wasn't even half full let alone any in the bag. it was the equivalent of 20-30 fries. $7 for a halfcup of fries. This is not a real Five Guys. Should be called 2 toddlers and a babysitter.

Convenient because of the airport, but not the greatest experience I have had with five guys... 4 stars due to forgotten mushrooms.

Possibly the best hamburger I have ever had. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The burger was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The bun was the perfect, soft and not too big. Not a fan of chain restaurants but Five Guys is the exception. Thanks Guys!!

Super friendly service, which in the Atlanta airport fast food places is a rarity. I've never been in a 5 Guys where the service and food was a disappointment and this one was no exception. I come through Atlanta Airport frequently and my arrival/departure gate is normally close to this 5 Guys so I eat there a lot. I've always been a happy customer.

Terminal C has some stiff competition but still have to give all props to one of the best burger joints in Jackson-hartsfield if you're ever near the location stop and take a bite there their fries are almost as good as their burgers the only downside is I'm like the five Guys in Athens which give you a serving of nuts they don't!😔

Located across from gate C40. 5 Guys Burgers are always consistent and fresh where they are located.
